Nobody likes them, nobody reads them, their just an annoyance. I feel like I've sold out because I posted one on our website. Its even an animated gif. I was asked if I would put an ad on the agronomy page for one of our suppliers. They're bring us in millions in revenue, so they want to be seen. For now its there, but it remains to be seen how long it will stay. I just feel sick to my stomach knowing I put an ad up.
While I'm on the subject of ads, the new Opera web browser is out, its fantastic. And the ads are pretty low key, like the Google AdSense ads. I still don't see paying $40 for a web browser though.
